Transition Series
Once per quarter, we will hold a Microsoft Teams meeting for all families that have a student in the transition age(13 years and up).
Please allow 30-45 minutes.
We will share a google form prior to each meeting for any questions you may have. If the information is not addressed in the meeting, we will do our best to reach out separately.
