Title IX

Sex discrimination is prohibited by federal law through Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. Oakstone Community School does not discriminate on the basis of sex in the education programs or activities that it operates including admissions and employment. Title IX also prohibits retaliation against reporters of sex discrimination, including reports of sex discrimination against administrators and other employees, and OCS will investigate alleged retaliation for participation in the Title IX process. OCS Title IX Policies and Procedures are below.

As required by Title IX Section 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D), the materials used to train Oakstone Community School's Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and the remainder of the staff for 2020-2021 are posted below.

Inquiries regarding Title IX may be made to the Title IX Coordinator. Reports of sex discrimination, including sexual harassment may be made to the Title IX Coordinator at any time at the contact information below.
